Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS 7Tracks China post or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. We know how important your order is! DadHats2ow6ix provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

DadHats2ow6ix is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.

Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you a Refund you can repurchase the item if desired.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued Refund. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
Because we can't ensure our #DH2ow6ixBabes will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. However, we will gladly accept exchanges at our stores as applicable.

To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Customer Care Team before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Queens, NY.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum Refund for return shipping is $10.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
No worries, we will accept shoe returns up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Shoe returns are subject to all standard returns policies and procedures.
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an Refund minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the Refund to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
As a dadhats2ow6ix retailer and ecommerce business, our prices change in response to dadhats2ow6ix trends, current stock on hand, demand from our #dh26Babes, and various promotions. This being the case, we will not refund the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
Dadhats2ow6ix requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Fashion Nova will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An Refund for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
